a tender refuge
really good service convenient location good breakfast diligent staff
the staff provided really good service and i especially appreciated the helpful directions provided by the personnel. the hotel's location was so convenient allowing easy access to key attractions. the breakfast on the fourth floor offered wonderful views with a delicious selection of cheeses a good start to each day. i also found that the room was always cleaned and well kept with diligent staff.

The hotel provided superb access to historical sites. It was near major attractions and was very easy to navigate to popular destinations. the proximity to cultural landmarks allowed for spontaneous exploration and added immense value to the travel experience. i could easily walk to several key sites from there

the staff were pleasant and always accommodating ensuring a warm and cute atmosphere. they were pretty good with helpful information and always showed genuine care for the guests. the reception team was particularly helpful providing immediate assistance with any requests.

dining was on the fourth floor and it provided scenic views that enhanced every meal. the view was very nice. i especially enjoyed this feature. breakfast included a wide selection of dishes suitable for different preferences.

Really good Stay!
rooftop restaurant central location
The rooftop restaurant offered AMAZING views. I found the spa downstairs so relaxing after a long day. It's a real plus to have this amenity available. I really enjoyed the central location. It made sightseeing easy. The staff was lovely and always available when needed.

a reasonable stay with some issues
central location nice spa helpful staff small room faulty shower door thin walls
the location was great for seeing the sights. it was a short walk to many famous spots. the spa offered a way to relax after a busy day (i enjoyed the sauna). the staff was friendly and helpful.
the room i had was smaller than the pictures showed. there was not much space to move around. the bathroom shower door would not close properly (i had to hold it shut). the walls seemed thin and i could hear a lot of noise from outside and within the hotel.
