I had a truly remarkable stay at the Great Fortune Hotel and Spa in Istanbul. The atmosphere is simply wonderful, with staff like Sanjar and Emad making a strong impression through their attentiveness and kindness. I absolutely loved the spa experience, especially the Turkish Hammam, which was truly exceptional. However, I found the breakfast options to be lacking in quality, which was a bit disappointing considering all the positives.
